Institute for welding Tuzla since its founding in 2005 until today has successfully trained over 3000 welders for all welding processes. Training, additional training and attestation of welders is done in the modernly equipped workshop (700 m2), with 22 boxes and a separate room for grinding.
The training of welders is performed in accordance with EN ISO 9606 and according to the guidelines governing the German DVS in cooperation with the German Institute for welding SLM from Magdeburg, according to guidelines governing DVS IIW / EWF 1111. Approval of welders is performed according to EN ISO 9606.
Training of welders consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the candidate meets with the basics for the welding process, and in general. After the theoretical part, the welders moves on to the practical part of the course, welding. Then alone, and with the help of instructors insure (professionally trained instructors with years of experience to work with candidates, and in practice).
The welder has the opportunity to determines himself the weekly schedule and daily number of training hours. After a certain number of hours (depending on the welder), access to the final exam - Approval of welders.
Welders can be trained for all manual welding processes, namely:
311 (OAW) – Oxyacetylene welding
111 (SMAW) – Manual metal arc welding
135 (MAG) – Metal active gas welding
136 (MAG) – Welding with flux cored electrode
131 (MIG) – Metal inert gas welding
141 (TIG) – Thungsten inert gas welding
912 – Brazing flame (acetylene flame)
942 – Soldering flame (butane or acetylene flame)
