We are able to control and service tests of materials and welded joints with following  NDT methods:

- Liqiud penetration  (PT)

- Magnetic particle testing (MT)

- Ultrasonic testing (UT)

- Radiographic testing (RT)

We offer testing of welds and materials in our laboratory with this following methods:

- Chemical analysis of materials (Mobile Spectrometer)

- Mechanical testings

            measurement of hardness - Vickers, Brinell,

            testing of tensile strength,

            testing toughness

            bending test

- Metallographic tests

            macroscopic examination

            microscopic examination

- Roughness

- Testing of wall thickness

- Thickness testing of the coating

Employees who perform NDT tests are trained and certified in accordance with EN ISO 9712 by the authorized home SECTOR CERT Germany.

In addition to the implementation of the tests, we offer consulting services in the preparation of plans of control, selection of appropriate test methods and acceptance criteria for individual parts. We provide service and control the implementation of tests on various objects.
